Infortech expects higher revenue from Japan mart, BUSINESS TIMES

Business Times (Malaysia) 07-29-2003 INFORTECH Alliance Bhd expects revenue contribution from its largest market, Japan, to grow to 60 per cent in the next one to two years, its managing director Tan Teong Boon said. Infortech is a home-grown enterprise software exporter with an exclusive edge in servicing the Japanese market.
Currently, the Japanese market contributes about 40 per cent towards the group's turnover. For the financial year ended December 31 2002, its turnover increased by 17 per cent to RM5.1 million, mainly due to more customisation projects secured during the year from the Japanese market.
