Kaiser launches 'single point of contact' plan.(Kaiser Permanente)

Kaiser Permanente has introduced a new program that would integrate its health benefits over multiple locales. Known as National Advantage, Kaiser's program is expected to provide health benefit managers who work for employers in different states a single point of contact in purchasing health insurance coverage. Important feature of the new program include comparable data, wider geographic range and easier plan administration.

One of the nation's largest health maintenance organizations has joined a growing list of managed care plans with programs designed to integrate health benefits across multiple locales.
