New Microsoft browsers to integrate functions.(Microsoft Corp.'s Internet Explorer versions 3.0 and 4.0)

Microsoft Corp. plans to integrate World Wide Web technology with its Windows 95 operating with the release of Internet Explorer versions 3.0 and 4.0. The web browsers will enable users to create documents with Web capabilities. Also, user's favorite documents, whether from the Internet or from the personal computer, will all be bookmarked in one place. The browsers also will enable users to place voice calls and conduct video and data conferencing using the Internet.

Agents and insurers may have certain basic technological skills down pat, but upcoming software technology may change the face of business computing as the world knows it once again this year.
