Ohio National Life Insurance Co and Central Benefits Mutual Insurance Co are planning to make positive changes in their operations to boost their access to capital markets. Ohio National will become a mutual holding company, while Central Benefits will fully demutualize and convert into a stockholder-owned corporation. Both companies are planning to implement new corporate growth strategies.
