Agents and sales reps will soon be-able to get price quotes and account information faster than ever with the advent of wireless Web phone systems announced in recent weeks.
Sprint PCS, a company that brings these systems to market, recently announced several partnerships with software firms that specialize in sales and customer management software. The partnerships will enable companies to furnish their sales forces with mobile access to information stored in their company's home office system.
