CPI Crown Properties International Corporation Announces Development Permit Application.

CPI CROWN PROPERTIES INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION ("CPI") wishes to announce that it has applied for a Development Permit for the first three phases of the multi-family condominium development on those lands owned by it, being an 11.37 acre site in Airdrie Alberta currently designated RM-5. The name of this project will be Crown Shores (the "Project") and it is intended that the first three phases will each consist of 120 units, for an anticipated build out of a total of 512 units over nine phases.
