VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Sep 18, 2006 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- Motapa Diamonds Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MTP) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter agreement with Namdeb Diamond Corporation (Pty) Ltd. ("Namdeb") under terms of which Namdeb can earn an interest in Motapa's 100% owned Kavango and Kavango West licenses in Namibia.
