GUERNSEY, CHANNEL ISLANDS, Sep 24, 2007 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- CanArgo Energy Corporation ("CanArgo" or the "Company") (AMEX:CNR) (OSE:CNR) today announced that Jeffrey Wilkins has been appointed to the position of Executive Director on the Board of CanArgo Energy Corporation with immediate effect in addition to his current duties as Chief Financial Officer.
