TORONTO, ONTARIO, Nov 21, 2007 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Urbana Corporation ("Urbana") (TSX:URB.A) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to purchase another 3 memberships on the Chicago Board Options Exchange ("CBOE"), a private entity.

The total cost of this purchase is approximately US$9,075,000.

Urbana now owns a total of 18 CBOE memberships in its portfolio worth approximately CDN$53.3 million.
