EDMONTON, ALBERTA, Jan 29, 2008 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- CSM Systems Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CKX): The motto "We're big on the Island" just got bigger for Woodgrove Centre in Nanaimo, British Columbia as the shopping centre became the latest property to feature Visionstate's state-of-the-art virtual customer care system.
The launch at Woodgrove Centre marks the sixth property to install the technology, which has already assisted millions of shoppers in locating stores, brands, products and services in shopping centres across Canada.
The technology, known as ViCCi(TM), uses touchscreens and an interactive 3D customer service agent to assist consumers in finding what they need in the shopping centre environment.
