TORONTO, ONTARIO, Mar 25, 2008 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Hollinger Inc. ("Hollinger") (TSX:HLG.C)(TSX:HLG.PR.B) announced today that it has entered into a settlement agreement (the "Settlement Agreement") with Sun-Times Media Group, Inc. ("Sun-Times"). Hollinger holds an approximate 70% voting interest and 19.7% equity interest in Sun-Times.
