Info-Prod Research (Middle East), January, 2003
According to "Gulf Times", the civil aviation authorities of Qatar and Pakistan started talks in Doha to review the air transportation agreement signed in 1972. The two sides are also reviewing a memorandum of understanding between the two countries signed in 1998, said a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) official.
The Qatari side is being lead by CAA secretary-general, Abdulaziz al-Nuaimi. His counterpart is Gen. Mohamed Ashraf Choudhury. They are being assisted by other officials as well as by representatives from the respective national carriers. The number of flights between the two countries and all other matters related to civil aviation are being reviewed.(Source: Info-Prod (Middle East) Ltd.)
