CIVIL AVIATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN OMAN AND QATAR

The Oman Daily newspaper reported on the signing in mid-January 2003 of a memorandum of understanding between Oman and Qatar to organize the supply of civil aviation services between the two countries. The General Manager of the Omani Civil Aviation Authority, Ahmad bin Sa'id a-Rawaahi, and the Chairman of the Qatari Civil Aviation Authority, Abd al-Aziz Muhammad a-Nu'aymi, signed the agreement.
Also participating in the ceremony were representatives of Oman Airlines and Gulf Air, the Manager of the Air Transport Section of the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, and the Manager of the Muscat Station of Qatar Airlines.
