ISRAELI BUSINESS DELEGATION TO PARTICIPATE IN WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM IN AMMAN

According to Ynet.co.il (June 4, 2003), for the first time since the outbreak of the Palestinian uprising, a formal Israeli business delegation will arrive in Jordan. The delegation, headed by the Israeli minister of trade and industry, Ehud Olmert, will include Israeli businessmen Yossi Vardi, Dov Lautman, Tsvi Binyamini, Muzi Wertheim, Shlomo Nehama, Yossi Meiman and Oded Tira.
The delegation will participate in the meeting of the Davos World Economic Forum, which will be held in Amman on June 21. The meeting will be attended by representatives of all the states of the region, of the European Union and the United States.
