Qatar Energy Minister Abdullah bin Hamid al-'Atiya signed an agreement with representatives of three energy companies, the Japanese J.G.C. Company, the British Rolls Royce Company, and the UAE Ray McDermott Company, which won the tenders to build refinery stations and to transfer natural gas from the Ras Laban region in Qatar to the UAE.
