NORTHROP GRUMMAN AWARDED CONTRACT FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMBINING CY03 BASIC AND CY04 OPTION.

According to the DoD., Northrop Grumman Corp., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $23,200,000 cost-plus award-fee contract modification. This Undefinitized Contract Action is for the purpose of combining the CY03 Basic and CY04 Option 1 Logistics Support Contract efforts into one effort with a period of performance 8 April 2003 through 31 December 2004.
The Logistics Support Contract incorporate all Contractor activities required for support of the Global Hawk Weapon System. The Logistics Support Contract shall provide materials and support services to include planning, activity, and operating in support of Beale Air Force Base and forward operating locations and bases.
