DOLPHIN TO SUPPLY GAS TO OMAN

According to Al-Bayan newspaper (April 21, 2004), the Dolphin Energy Limited yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding with the Oman Oil Company to supply natural gas to Oman. The memorandum consists of establishing a joint steering committee and a working group to negotiate immediately Heads of Agreement (HOA) and then a Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement (GSPA) within the next 12 months. Issues to set in place by the Joint Steering Committee will include the commencement dates for gas deliveries to Oman, gas quantities and price.
