INDIA FILCHING HI-TECH FUNDS FROM ISRAEL
Info-Prod Research (Middle East), June, 2004
According to Maariv International, India is 'thieving' the hi- tech industry from Israel, and is gnawing away at Israel's revenue in the industry, according to a new report published by the international consultation company Gartner. According to the paper, Israeli companies occupy about 3,000 workers in India, together with large companies such as Ness and Amdocs.
At the same time, multi- national companies such as CA and Intel have not stretched their operations in Israel for over three years. Gartner explains that India is intimidating the Israeli service market in the Information Technology industry.
