CISCO SYSTEMS PRESIDENT TO MAKE ICT FORUM PRESENTATION

According to "Jordan Times", int@j, the Information Technology Association - Jordan, announced that Cisco Systems President and CEO John Chambers will make the keynote presentation at the Jordan ICT Forum 2004. Held under the patronage of King Abdullah on Sept. 14-15 at the Dead Sea, the ICT Forum will see the participation of global, regional and international ICT key leaders.
The forum aims to define regional opportunities for the Middle East's ICT sector, according to a statement released by int@j. A longtime supporter of ICT development efforts in the region, Chambers has been responsible for key Cisco Systems investments in the region, including a significant contribution to ICT development in Jordan, the statement said.
