OPENING OF NEW HORIZON COMPUTER TRAINING CENTER IN DAMASCUS

A-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper reported on the growth of operations of the New Horizon Computer Company in Syria. The paper quoted President of the Saudi Arabian Gulf Computer Company, Eng. Walid a-Dariyon, who said in May 2004 that his Company recently opened a New Horizon Computer Training Center in Damascus, and that Syrian Telecom Minister Dr.

Bashir al-Munajid took part in the inauguration ceremony. The new center covers 1000 square meters and includes thirteen computer laboratories equipped with three hundred personal computers. The Center employs forty-five workers and eighteen instructors.
