FRANCE, ITALY LIFT BAN ON JORDAN AVIATION

According to "Jordan Times", Jordan Aviation announced that the ban on its aircraft was lifted by the Italian and French authorities. The head of the company said that both parties have now received and processed all the outstanding documents they required from the Jordanian Civil Aviation Authority verifying that Jordan Aviation is CAA certified.

Last week, the French and Italian civil aviation authorities banned planes owned by the Jordanian company from flying to and from their territories due to "security lapses." The Italian bureau of the Safety Assessment of Foreign Aircraft (SAFA) program, a network of 38 member states of the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC), contacted the French civil aviation authorities requesting that they apply the ban on Jordan Aviation....
