SECOND AFRICAN PETROLEUM CONGRESS & EXHIBITION TO GO AHEAD

According to Al-Bayan newspaper (January 13, 2005), the Algerian Oil Minister, Chakib Khelil, announced that the Algerian Ministry of Energy & Mines and the African Petroleum Producers Association (APPA) will organize the Second African Petroleum Congress & Exhibition, CAPE II, in Algeria through February 14-17, 2005, under the auspices of the Algerian President Abdelaziz BOUTEFLIKA.
