TWO SMES IN JILIN PROVINCE DUE TO BE LISTED IN NASDAQ

According to fdi.gov.cn: Toward the end of this year, two small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will be listed in NASDAQ. Direct fund-raising will become another means of financing for SMEs in Jilin. Jilin Haitian Industries Group (HTSY) and Tonghua Weijing Pharmaceutical Company have so far completed the pre-launching preparations for its offering at NASDAQ OCTBB market with the help of Jilin Huizheng Venture Capital Company and US Global Venture Capital. By the end of this year, these two Chinese SMEs will have their names listed in the US stock market.
They're also the first ones out of all SMEs in Jilin to get listed in the US stock market.
