According to "Tehran Times", head of the Agricultural Jihad Organization in Markazi Province said that the agricultural products of province are being exported to 65 foreign countries. Nader Ebrahimi told MNA on Monday that during the past year, over 15,000 tons of agricultural products have been exported from this province. However, he said that the potential capabilities of the province were even higher.
Pointing to the fact that some 3% of Iran's agricultural products are being produced in Markazi Province, Ebrahimi said that about 2.5 million tons of agricultural products are annually produced by the 95,000 farmers in this province.
