CRASH TOLL RISES

According to "Bahrain Tribune", the toll in Sunday nights accident at the Muharraq flyover has gone up to five with the death of Jassim Mohammed Salim, a 43-year-old Bahraini. He succumbed to injuries he suffered when the Honda he was traveling in was slammed into by the Tercel driven by Jimmy Vazhayil.
The four Indian victims Jimmy Vazhayil, 24, Shajar Thannirikkum Poyil, 22, Arun Narayan, 26, and Manish Muraleedharan Pillai, 28 died when the car they were traveling in lost control flipped over and crashed in to the car on the other side. Surrounded by friends and wellwishers, the moist eyes of Shajar's brother Shabaz Poyil conveyed the loneliness pain and grief he felt at the loss of his brother.
