MOODY'S INVESTORS SERVICE ASSIGNS A1.UA RATING TO BANK NRB-UKRAINE

Moody's Investor Service (Moody's) has assigneda long-term National Scale Rating (NSR) of A1.ua to Bank NRB-Ukraine.The bank has the following existing global scale ratings assigned byMoody's Investors Service: B2 long-term and Not Prime short-term foreigncurrency deposit ratings and an E bank financial strength rating (BFSR).The outlook on the B2 rating is positive and that on the NP/E ratings isstable.
The B2/NP/E global scale ratings reflect Bank NRB-Ukraine's globaldefault and loss expectation, while the A1.ua NSR reflects the standingof the bank's credit quality relative to its domestic peers.
