MOODY'S RATES BANK FINANCE AND CREDIT'S NOTES B2

Moody's Investors Service has assigned a ratingof B2 to the Loan Participation Notes to be issued on a limited recoursebasis by UK- based special purpose vehicle BFC LPN no.1 PLC for the solepurpose of funding a loan to Ukraine's Bank Finance and Credit Ltd.(B2/Not- Prime/E ). The volume and the tenor of the issue have yet to bedetermined.
The outlook for the rating is stable. Moody's B2 long- term foreign currency debt rating is based on thefundamental credit quality of Bank Finance and Credit as an underlyingborrower. The loan to the bank, which is the only source of repaymentfor the notes, will rank at least pari passu with the claims of all ofBank Finance and Credit's other unsecured creditors save those whoseclaims are preferred by any bankruptcy, insolvency, liquidation...
