MOODY'S ASSIGNS AA2 RATING TO INTER-MUNICIPALITY OF BEAUVAISIS

Moody's Investors Service has today assigned along-term issuer rating of Aa2 to the Inter-Municipality of Beauvaisis.The outlook is stable. 'The rating assigned to the inter-municipality isbased on the entity's very good financial performance since its inceptionon 1 January 2004, in the form of growing operating balances and very lowdebt ratios', says Sebastien Hay, a Moody's Vice President and leadanalyst for the inter-municipality.
The rating also factors in somestructural constraints resulting from the implementation of a uniformbusiness tax on the Beauvaisis territory. It also takes account somedegree of uncertainty linked to a possible evolution of the entity'sscope of responsibilities, which may affect its financial performance infuture.
