MOODY'S REVIEWS BANK FINANCE AND CREDIT RATINGS FOR UPGRADE

Moody's Investors Service has today upgradedthe long-term national scale rating (NSR) of Bank Finance and Credit toA1.ua from A2.ua. At the same time, Moody's has placed on review forpossible upgrade the Ukrainian bank's B2 local currency deposit andforeign currency debt ratings and assigned positive outlook to foreigncurrency deposit rating of B2.
Moreover, Moody's has affirmed the bank'sE bank financial strength rating (BFSR) and the Not- Prime short-termdeposit rating. The outlook on the BFSR is stable. According to Moody's, these rating actions reflect Bank Finance and Credit's (i) strong position in the dynamically developing Ukrainianmarket, in which the bank is ranked as one of the top 10 leading banks;(ii) the bank's rapidly growing franchise and wide branch network...
