MOODY'S ASSIGNS AA3 TO KEXIM'S MEXICAN PESOS NOTES

Moody's Investors Service has assigned anAa3 rating to the Export- Import Bank of Korea's ("KEXIM") proposedMexican Pesos senior notes issued under the U.S. SEC registered shelfprogram. The rating outlook is stable. This rating is subject to receipt of final documentation, the terms and conditions of which are not expected to change in any material way fromthe draft documents Moody's has reviewed.
KEXIM's ratings reflect the application of Moody's rating methodology forgovernment-related issuers ("GRIs").
