ARTI-GROUP AUCTION POSTPONED FOR SECOND TIME

According to Georgia today: The auction on businessman Qibar Khalvashi's Arti-Group was postponed for the second time today, the Interpressnews news agency reported. The information was circulated by Khalvashi's lawyer Dimitri Gabunia. Employees and opposition activists protested the auction by rallying outside the tax authorities.
Opposition leader and lawyer Eka Beselia said Khalvashi's company was confiscated due to his friendship with former Defense Minister Irakli Okruashvili who received political asylum in France.
