AsiaInfo Services 10-22-1996 BOC and VISA Issue Joint Debit Card CHINA, October 22, AsiaInfo Services, Inc -- The Great Wall Electronic Debit card, a new type of payment tool, has been co-launched by the Bank of China and the VISA International Organization. The card can be obtained without guarantee, deposit, and assets and liability inspection.
