AsiaInfo Services 04-06-1998 NEC Wages Price War on Notebook Computer CHINA, April 6, AsiaInfo Services, Inc -- Responding to the sustained high price, Henchang Company declared an overall reduction of the notebook computer price, up to 24 percent at the most. In order to achieve the sales target of 20,000 notebook computers in 1998, NEC will make unremitting efforts to increase input.
