AsiaInfo Services 07-04-2002 Price Reduction Wave Of Homemade Economic Cars Beijing, Jul 04, 2002 (AsiaPort via COMTEX) -- Chongqing Chang'an Suzuki Co.started a new wave of price reduction among Chinese homemadeeconomic cars. Today they declare in Beijing that the prices offive types of "Antelope 1300" cars will be reduced by RMB 10,000to RMB 15,000 respectively.
The standard model only sells atRMB 79,800. Thus, the prices of Antelope cars are all below RMB 100,000 except a luxury design sold at a RMB 106,800. "Antelope 1300" is a new design whose safety meets the latest National Car Collision Standard and exhaust emission the EuropeII Standard.
