BEIJING, Jul 12, 2002 (AsiaPort via COMTEX) -- China Construction Bank (CCB) andKorean Asset Management Corp. signed a understanding memorandumand a training service agreement of disposing non-performing assetson July 9th here. The two parts will cooperate and correspond witheach other on the information exchange, staff training and assetmarketing of disposing non-performing assets.
The President of CCB Zhang Enzhao intruded that this is thefirst time that his bank cooperates with foreign asset managementcompany. This is also a exploitation of disposing non-performingassets.
