AsiaInfo Services 08-29-2002 Trend Micro Debuts EPS CHINA, Aug 29, 2002 (AsiaPort via COMTEX) -- Trend Micro, the US-based network anti-virus software vendor, introduced last week its Enterprise Protection Strategy (EPS) to China. EPS, a combination of services, products, centralized management and faster access to TrendLabs, is designed to help users block viruses from their networks after an outbreak, but before virus definitions are available.
It will also help clean up networks after a virus outbreak. Trend Micro will focus on China's corporate market, capitalizing on the increasing awareness among Chinese for network protection, said Ralph Liu, the company's general manager for the Asia Pacific region.
