AsiaInfo Services 09-10-2002 CNOOC will Develop Two Oil Wells in Bohai with Two US Companies BEIJING, Sep 10, 2002 (AsiaPort via COMTEX) -- China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) signed relevant agreement with two US petrolenterprises. Both parties will development two oil wells locatedin the Bohai Sea. These two US enterprises are KMG China Oil Co., Ltd and UPL of Ultra Group. These two oil wells locate in the Tanggu southeast sea area of Tianjin city.

They are founded in the end of 1999 and middle of 2001 respectively, 90 kilometers from shore. The development area is 91 square kilometers.
