AsiaInfo Services 10-28-2002 3 Operators Will Have the Licenses for all Telecom Businesses CHINA, Oct 25, 2002 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- On October 17, an official from China Ministry of Information Industry unveiled that China Mobile, China Telecom and China Netcom would be allowed to operate all telecommunication businesses (including data business, value added business, fixed line telephone business and mobile communication business) following China Unicom, the first all-business telecommunication operator in China.
