AsiaInfo Services 11-01-2002 Sun Media Purchased a Part of Stake of Asia Premium CHINA, Nov 01, 2002 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Sun Media Group Holdings Limited (former name: Sun Television Cybernetworks Trading Limited) announced on October 25 an agreement with Asia Premium Television. Sun agreed to transfer all the issued shares of Capital Channel and Sun Television Cybernetworks Trading Limited to Asia Premium in exchange for Asia Premium's 300,000,000 shares at 0.062 USD per share.
