AsiaInfo Services 11-14-2002 Legend's Home PC Ranks No.3 Worldwide BEIJING, Nov 14, 2002 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Statistics from International Data Corporation (IDC) shows that Legend's Home PC ranks third place in the IT industry worldwide with an increase of 3.8% year-on-year. This is the first time for a China's IT maker taking a place in top three. Legend's desktop ranks fifth with 2.9% market share of the world's total, and its commercial computer ranks sixth with 2.4% of market share.
It represents that the comprehensive competence of China's IT companies has gained approval from home and abroad. In 1992, Legend came up with concept of Home PC for the first time in China, and made a brand name "Legend 1 1". One decade later, legend jumped from China...
