Sun Ziqiang, general manager of Great Wall Broadband, says it gains new generation core technology of VOD (Video Order) from IBM, which is capable of not only reducing cost but also removes the obstacles of slow video image. During the past few years, all broadband carriers have been finding a sale with VOD in the broadband market.
