AsiaInfo Services 12-09-2002 Huawei Becomes Main Provider on High-end Router CHINA, Dec 09, 2002 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Up to October 2002, Huawei's Quidway(r) NetEngine high-speed router and Quidway S series high performance exchanger for Ethernet have been widely used by telecom carriers, Government offices, financial and educational institutions and power industry etc.
More than 1,600 units of Quidway NetEngines are operating online that account for 25% market share of China's total, and take second place in China. Huawei has become the main provider of high-end routers worldwide.
