AsiaInfo Services 12-10-2002 IDC: Founder Head into Top Five in 3rd Quarter BEIJING, Dec 10, 2002 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- According to the ranking of IDC (Information Data Center), Founder's computer market shares in the third quarter of this year makes its first appearance in the top five and takes fifth place in Asia-Pacific area with 0.25% less than Dell.
The No.1 to No.4 is Legend, HP, IBM and Dell respectively. IDC notes that based on China's huge market, this is the first time for Founder ranking in the top five and gaining ground in the industry of petroleum and insurance.
