CNOOC ACQUIRES LNG RESERVE STOCKS FROM BRITISH PETROLEUM

AsiaInfo Services 02-14-2003 CNOOC Acquires LNG Reserve Stocks from British Petroleum BEIJING, Feb 14, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China National Ocean Oil Corp. (CNOOC) recently reveals that China National Ocean Oil Co., Ltd., a branch company of it,, has finished the acquisition of the reserve stocks of Indonesian TANGGUH liquid natural gas project. TANGGUH LNG Project includes three products sharing contracts,: Berau products sharing contract, Muturi Product sharing contract and Wiriagar product sharing contract.
