AsiaInfo Services 09-23-2003 Agilent Technologies Aids SZZK-ICDC with Chip Testing Solutions CHINA, Sep 23, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- On September 19, Agilent Technologies and SZZK-Integrated Circuit Designing Center (SZZK-ICDC) announced that SZZK-ICDC would select chip-testing solutions from Agilent Technologies to assist chip designing and manufacturing companies in Suzhou Jiangsu Province to enhance their chip-testing ability.
The solutions provided by Agilent Technologies include 93000 SOC (system on a chip) test, Versatest flash memory test, and smart card test.
