AsiaInfo Services 10-28-2003 ING Bank Obtained USD 100 Million QFII Investment Quota CHINA, Oct 28, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- ING Bank NV recently obtained a QFII investment quota of USD 100 million from the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE). ING has become the eighth QFII (Qualified Foreign InstitutionalInvestor) with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Standard Chartered Bank will be the custodian for the QFII investment. ING's debut investment, USD 100 million, will be put in Mainland China's A Share market.
