AsiaInfo Services 11-19-2003 China Pacific Sells Aviation Insurance via CMB's Phone Banking HANGZHOU, Nov 19, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China Pacific Property Insurance Co. (China Pacific) Hangzhou Branch and China Merchants Bank (CMB) Hangzhou Branch has announced jointly thatthey would sell personal aviation accident insurance policies via phone banking system, which is the first of this kind in China. After customers enter the phone banking system of CMB, they canuse the self-service system to purchase aviation personal accident insurance policies, and the premium is deducted from the CMB's bank card.
