AsiaInfo Services 12-16-2003 ABB Xiamen Offers Switchgears for Tianjin Metro Line 1 TIANJIN, Dec 16, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- ABB Xiamen Switchgear Co., Ltd. (ABB Xiamen), the first joint venture of Switzerland-basedABB in China, won USD 3.3 million contract from Tianjin China Metro General Crop. ABB Xiamen will offer 10KV UniGear series ZS1 switchgears for Tianjin metro line 1.
The Tianjin metro line 1 is 26 kilometers. It is the major project of China and will be finished by the end of 2005. Under the terms of the contract, ABB Xiamen will deliver all products by installment from June 2004 to December 2004.
