AsiaInfo Services 12-23-2003 China Unicom Launches CDMA1X-based Online Stock Service CHINA, Dec 23, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- On December 18, China Unicom andChina Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. announced the commencement ofCDMA1X based online stock service. China Unicom says this service is still in trial.
The service will enable users to download stock software of China Galaxy Securities free of charge through their mobile phones. In addition, China Galaxy Securities plans to attract more users of this data service through China Unicom's sales promotions, such as giving bonus data service fees and phone charges.
