AsiaInfo Services 01-08-2004 HP Launched Media Center PC in China CHINA, Jan 08, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- HP, one of largest personal computer maker around the world, launched a new kind of personal computer, Media Center PC in Mainland China Market. This new model PC applied the lasted Microsoft XP Media Center Edition 2004 (Simplified Chinese Edition), despite this software has not hit the shelves in Mainland China yet. In October 2003, the first media center PC around the world debuted and it was the product of HP. HP launched three models of Media Center PC at this time, M428cn, M438cn and M488cn at the prices of CNY 8,999, CNY 9,999and CNY 11,999 respectively.
All those three models of PC adopted the Microsoft XP Media Center Edition 2004...
